Dialysis on Your Schedule

Our daily home hemodialysis program is designed to provide patients with flexibility, comfort, and portability which are not possible in a conventional outpatient dialysis clinic. Affiliated Home Dialysis Centers offers daily dialysis programs for home dialysis patients throughout Illinois. Our full-service home dialysis training centers are located in Elk Grove, Oak Park and East Peoria, Illinois. Additional in-home training and support in southern Illinois is provided through our office located in Eldorado, Illinois. Our program offers the NxStage System One machine, the latest technology in dialysis delivery systems. The NxStage System One is smaller and weighs much less than standard dialysis machines and doesn’t require special water or electrical hook-ups to use. This advanced system offers patients new treatment alternatives by regaining a new level of health and flexibility and the promise of a more normal lifestyle.



Home dialysis is a rapidly growing treatment option offering real hope for patients who can manage their treatment at home because patients can dialyze on their own timetable, more often in the convenience of home, so they feel better. Some home dialysis patients choose to increase treatment from three to four hours daily to seven or eight hours while sleeping.
