Affiliated Dialysis Centers was formed in 2002 as an independent dialysis provider serving End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients in Illinois. In 2003, Affiliated Dialysis Centers began providing nursing home dialysis to ESRD patients residing in skilled nursing facilities. The company has become one of the largest providers in the country of this specialized service within nursing homes, and is focusing future growth initiatives to meet the needs of this rapidly growing population. The company’s current nursing home dialysis programs are located in northern Illinois and the area of the greater Chicago metropolitan region. |
