Affiliated Dialysis Centers was formed in 2002 as an independent dialysis provider serving End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients in Illinois. In 2003, Affiliated Dialysis Centers began providing nursing home dialysis to ESRD patients residing in skilled nursing facilities. Affiliated Dialysis Centers is currently one of the largest providers in the country of this specialized service within private homes, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers.

Steven C. Bucher, M.B.A., C.P.A.
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Steven Bucher is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Affiliated Dialysis Centers. Prior to Affiliated Dialysis Centers, Mr. Bucher was President and CEO of Midwest Kidney Centers, a regional dialysis company in the midwest serving over 800 patients. Mr. Bucher is a member of the National Renal Administrators Association, and a past member of its board. He has played an active role in working with CMS and has served as Chair of the Nursing Home Dialysis Task Force commissioned by the NRAA to assist in the creation of new CMS Conditions for Coverage for ESRD patients residing in skilled nursing facilities. He’s considered a top thought-leader and spokesperson for his extensive efforts in the dialysis industry.
Curt Anliker
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Curt Anliker is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Affiliated Dialysis Centers. Mr. Anliker has twenty years of management experience in operations, business development, and sales and marketing. He has led the company in the development and implementation of successful physician joint ventures, outpatient dialysis clinics, and nursing home dialysis programs. As an active member of the National Renal Administrators Association, Mr. Anliker is an industry advocate for developing daily home dialysis programs and for enabling convenient dialysis treatment solutions for ESRD patients residing in skilled nursing facilities.
Scott Vavrinchik
Executive Director
Scott Vavrinchik serves as Executive Director for Affiliated Dialysis Centers. Mr. Vavrinchik has served the dialysis industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Affiliated Dialysis Centers he served as Executive Director of Sales for Vasca, Inc., a vascular access device company, Vice President of Sales for Spectra Renal Management, an ESRD laboratory and a business division of Fresenius Medical Care. Scott began his career with National Medical Care, a provider of dialysis services and supplies. Mr. Vavrinchik serves on a number of dialysis-related and community boards.
