Welcome to the future of kidney care.

We are experts in delivering outcomes to the largest dialysis demographic in the country: the geriatric community. Our treatments, technologies, and methodologies are designed to heal—both the dialysis patient experience, and the system itself.

We’re driven by a growing need

Costly, physically taxing, and producing frequent infections, the traditional dialysis model is not appropriate for the geriatric patient population.

37M

37 million Americans suffer from chronic kidney disease1

50%

50% of all End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients are geriatric2

3x

The geriatric patient population is growing 3x faster than the younger kidney failure population2

$3B

$3 billion is spent each year on dialysis transportation3

At Dialyze Direct, we believe improving quality of life reduces the burden of care for all
Intention, implemented:

We’re bringing home dialysis to the nursing home using our innovative and successful treatment approach

Dialyze Direct brings a gentler, more effective treatment to the geriatric population, which vastly improves their quality of life. That’s why we work with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized Dialyze Direct home dialysis dens within the building — a first-to-market approach that benefits all involved:

  • Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys.
  • Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life.
  • Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.

Advancing Technologies

Dialysis has modern challenges such as removing specific toxins in the blood that lead to high levels of toxicity in ESRD patients. We’ve teamed up with MIT to collaborate on improving the ability of the dialysis process, focusing efforts on a dialysis membrane made from “supermaterial” graphene. Read more about our work with MIT here.

Advancing Communities

Filtration is essential to both dialysis and safe drinking water. Our work with Easy Water for Everyone provides tools to rural communities without electricity so they can make contaminated water drinkable for all.
